In honor of Easter’s forgiving attitude, here are some final passages on the disqualifications and excusals that are talked about and implied by the DCA Standard. I hope everyone is still forgiving after reading my thoughts on these issues and why I feel the way I do.

Leon Warren, a breeder of CH Katella of LeLou, an all time Longhair Top producing bitch, describes the breedings that led up to her creation as a Top Producer. She was owned by Martha Prendergast and was a very nice producer who really managed to do the Variety a lot of good in several ways.

Next on the list is what the Dachshund Standard says about the Temperament and what we should do with the dogs we are showing. This paragraph is very interesting and says so much about what we need to be showing and NOT showing.
