Pedigree

For her second litter, Emma was bred to CH Bayard le Fantome and it is the only time I did not breed to a Top Producer, but I got to know this dog and go over him when I helped Hannelore and Joe at DCA in 1981, where Fantome was, I believe, WD at the Host Show to finish. I was impressed by his long bone pattern (reminiscent of Java) and also the two crosses to Rolls Royce in his pedigree. I was not disappointed in the litter! Sylvia was BV from the classes over Specials several times on her way to her title and her brother , Quillan, also finished with Specialty wins. She would have been spectacular in a Specials coat, but my plans for her were in the whelping box.

Her first litter was my AA litter, which contained All Aglow (Ginger) and Astaire (Fred) among other notables.. I have a fond memory of plopping them all out in an ex pen while John and Margaret Cook sat on the porch watching them.  He was always quite taken with Ginger, although she was never shown to him!!
